ESRA Legacy Park
The community of East Selkirk has identified the need for the development and expansion of their current facility. With the construction of the new school and future housing developments in the area, the demands for increased leisure services will rely heavily on these renovations/expansion to house the growing number of participants involved in our community based programs.
ESRA Building Committee
The growth of the community is expanding and to ensure adequate leisure services for our residence the ESRA Building Committee was formed. The EBC consists of representatives from the stakeholder groups of soccer, hockey, as well as interested persons from the community at large. The EBC meeting over the past few months and has established an Executive Committee and Sub-Committees to achieve the goal of raising funds through a structured fundraising program. While the Municipality, grants, foundations, business/corporations are being sought out for funding we still require assistance from the private sector as well as individual contributions to reach our goal. The estimated cost for all Three Phases of Development is approximately Two Million Dollars. This is where EBC, the Municipality and the community come together to solidify the future of this facility.
Your Contribution
Individual Contributions are solicited as donations for which a Charitable Tax Receipt will be issued. These donations can be made monthly or you can submit the total amount in one payment. Recognition plaques will be displayed within the facility to acknowledge all our contributors.
