Hall Rental Fees

Hall rental - $450.00

Includes

·         Tables and seating for up to 185

·         Access to the building 1 day prior for set up (3hrs.)

·         Use of the hall for the event (up to 7 hrs.)

·         Stand up cooler

·         Freezer space

Not included

·         Bartenders

·         Cups/glasses

·         Ice

·         Juice

·         Pepsi

Socials and other events where a liquor permit is required the ESRA will supply 2 bartenders at a cost of an additional $200.00

Pepsi/7-up, etc. canisters must also be used for events requiring liquor permits. Canisters are available at $26.00 per unit( average social used approx. 5 canisters)
